We will also review the delayed timeline for the Electrical and HVAC Improvements Project and discuss anticipated 12–18 week building closures that may impact ministries and access. \nKey discussion topics include: \n\nTree Planting Initiative – confirming tree adopters and planning a memorial celebration.\nGeotechnical Engineering Proposals – reviewing two bids ($25–30K) and determining whether to authorize firm selection so campus redevelopment planning can advance.\nSecurity Team Updates – finalizing safety workshop schedules\, reviewing updated room numbering\, and confirming communication plans.\nConcrete Repair Needs – addressing immediate safety concerns at entrances and walkways and approving an estimated $4\,000 in repairs.\nBuilding Use Requests – reviewing two external proposals:\n\nGalilee CDC’s request to relocate its food pantry and administrative offices to Gethsemane.\nOne Love Life Center’s request to host weekly youth sessions and therapeutic support on-site.
