Celebrating the Miracle That is a Christmas

 At Gethsemane, we are reminded this Christmas season of the miracle of the birth of Jesus. Jesus’ birth is the miracle of our lives. It is the moment when God sent God’s love to earth for our salvation. Because of our Savior’s birth, we have abundant access to hope, joy, love and peace, and we also have the ability to freely share these gifts with anyone whom we come into contact. This year, celebrate the miracle of the season with us.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
December 9th @ 8:30am

UMW HOLIDAY BRUNCH
December 9th @ 11:00am

All women and young ladies are encouraged to attend for an afternoon of fellowship at the United Methodist Women’s Holiday Brunch. Bring a purchased side or dessert. For more information, email umw@gethsemaneumc.org.

 

YULETIDE CELEBRATION
December 16th @ 6:00pm

It’s a time to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Pull out your best ugliest Christmas Sweater for an evening of games, Christmas carols and good food. Bring a friend, a neighbor or invite someone in your community, but don’t miss out on this joyful time. CHRISTMAS EVE CANDLE SERVICE
December 24th @ 10:00amGethsemane’s Sanctuary will be transformed into an artistic theater for our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service where we will explore the meaning of the birth of Jesus the Christ. 

NEW YEAR’S EVE WORSHIP
December 31st @ 10:00am and December 31st @ 6:00pm

Start your new year off with a new song to the Lord! Join us for two worship services celebrating the new year. Light refreshments will follow our evening Watch Night service.
