Religion and Race

From September 15 through October 15, we observe National Hispanic Heritage Month in the United States.  During Hispanic Heritage Month we celebrate the history, culture, and contributions of Hispanic Americans. Here at Gethsemane we are highlighting Rev. Miguel Balderas, a Hispanic American pastor in the Baltimore Washington Conference.  Rev. Balderas is a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary.  He is married and has two adult children.  We pray that God will continue to bless him.   FROM: Carolyn Williams, Chair.
